• Return Policy

• All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by the Attached Invoice and Return Authorization Code.

  Returned merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise.

  Refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are not refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A refund will be posted to the original card you used.

  All return authorization requests must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Orders that you have had for more than 7 days will not be eligible to be returned for any reason, no exceptions.

  Unauthorized returns will be refused with no credit or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This includes packages refused by customers and instances when a customer provided an incorrect shipping address. Also applies to international shipments that have not been  picked up from customs.**
